Hey hey!
Finally weekend time!
I don’t know about you but the work week is so exhausting. I so look forward to the weekends lately so I can work on and spend time with those that matter most!
Use today as a time to relax a little bit. Unwind from the week. Do something for yourself- something that will make you smile, laugh, and just be plain old happy.
My go to ideas for “ME” time:
1. Sleep in! No alarm clock!
2. Get some exercise – go to the gym, do yoga, go for a run, a walk at a scenic spot
3. Grab your laptop and your favorite book and head to a local coffee shop.
4. Cook your favorite meal and indulge with a glass of wine!
5. Grab a paint brush, canvas, and a little paint and go at it! The brush strokes are a great stress reliever for me and so many others!
